Startin' them early! Z and I go to the church parking lot a couple of times a week for a little one-on-one (I won't say who usually wins because I don't want to embarrass Zachariah...because it's not him) and let Bran and Nuala run around. We have 3 basketballs, so that's perfect, they each get one and we have one to play with! Nuala likes to carry hers around and explore, and Bran loves to stand and watch us, and try to play sometimes, too. It's so cute! We got home Thursday evening and Nuala just had to put on my shoes, AND my sweaty socks, haha! She looks good, huh?! Soon we can play girls vs. boys. The boys won't know what hit 'em.
And some pics of just playing around afterwards...Bran kissing me (or eating me), then apparently I tasted yummy (mmm...salty...), so he decided to try Daddy. And the other Z picture...Zachariah either said to me, "Make sure you DON'T put this picture on the blog," or "Make sure you PUT this picture on the blog." I can't remember which. And finally, a cute grinning boy and a happy mommy, since she has such a cute grinning boy and an adorable little girl. Both of whom will no doubt be sinking jump shots in a year or two ;)

Those pictures are all so cute! I love Nuala with the huge shoes! Not that your feet are huge, just that they look big on her...very cute of Bran eating y'all too, I'm sure that was a picture that Zac wanted on the blog. Marcus says to make sure and save the naked basketball pictures to display at Nuala's wedding...
Just in case anyone is confused... basketball is one of those "compromises" I've made in marriage...

Good job getting them hooked on bball early in life...I love it. Enjoyed the post, with the exception of the last two words! I hope that Zach can beat you in a game one day Fiona...doubtful though. You should have played last time we were all together.
I'm bringing shoes I can play in this time, Gary, so if you can pull off getting to TX while we're there I will allow you to also get beaten by me ;) Kidding! We can be on the same team. We would rock. You can't tell, but I was wearing that MH shirt you always thought was yours but really wasn't...so there.
I love it! Nuala is so cute! Those are great pictures, love the shoes and the ball. I also love that she is playing with your hair (or getting something out of it?) in the background. And I love boys vs. girls when they are older because we all know what would happen if you did parents vs. kids.
And yes, GO SPURS!!!!!!
I LOVE the HUGE shoes! I've seen you play Fiona and you rock! Your kids will be formidable on the court in a few years. I personally like soccer...yikes...do I dare say that here?
