Family skiing 2012

Nuala and Bran did really well this year skiing. We started out practicing in our backyard as the great European freeze began dropping wave after wave of nice fluffy powder on us. Then they learned how to ride the euro rope tow and started making it down the hill without wiping out or hitting anyone else. We spent a lot of time at a little ski lift on the back side of our mountain called Matchirski. Maeve even joined in this year, though not on her own ski's yet. Here are some clips of them having fun...

We loved it ... they are doing so well balancing themselves ... it looks like lots of family fun. Even little M gets to ski "tandem" as well ... bet she loved it! I like that Euro rope tow! We are so glad you get to enjoy those winter sports; the snow looks beautiful. Thanks for sharing ... Love, Mom (Dad too) xox

It's so cool that y'all can practice skiing in your backyard! We loved watching the kids on their cute little skis. I think it's awesome that Maeve just gets carried while you guys ski, I bet she loves it. So, when do they start snowboarding?
