Thanksgiving

We had a great Thanksgiving holiday! We ate a delicious dinner with a group of friends from church. It was at Kristin and Oliver's house, and Bonnie and David, Julie and Bruce and their 4 year-old, Colter, and Kristin and Oliver's friend Cathy were there. And us, of course. Oliver actually has a great blog about it, so I'll be lazy and just post a link to his here. Bonnie, Kristin and I are all having babies in the next few weeks :) We have a lot to be thankful for, including great friends!

It was all darned good food! The turkey was delicious, and the Browns were nice enough to let us take some home. We had some delightful sandwiches and Z made a yummy, healthy turkey stew out of the rest of it. Also, we bought a turkey the next day for really cheap, it's living in our freezer until Z decides to make it. Apparently, we're having a full-blown Christmas dinner, although I'll be home from the hospital for about a day with 2 brand new babies. If anyone can pull that off, though, Zac can! He tried to buy another one yesterday, but the inexpensive post-Thanksgiving ones were gone.
