We had a Ricker Family Reunion in Houston, hosted by my cousin Ruth. It was a lot of fun, as we really hadn't been together as an extended family in quite a while. Of course, several people far away couldn't make it, but hopefully next time! The reunion was only for 2 days, then we all (my parents, siblings, and grandkids) congregated back in Boerne to spend some more time together. This picture is just of our immediate family, since it's also not all that often all 5 of us kids can arrange to be home at the same time. Gary was even able to find a last minute ticket, as he wasn't going to be able to come because of classes, so that was a nice surprise!
We had fun, went tubing, spent time together...it went too quickly, of course! The flights weren't that enjoyable, being pregnant, just a bit uncomfortable. I only puked once, though. I'm sure everyone thought I was airsick, but alas, no.
Z and I plan on going to Seattle in September to visit the Rollins clan, it'll be great to see our newest neice and nephew finally (and everyone else :)!
