Pictures to show the girlfriend in 15 years... or, what we've been up to

Though I'm sure you all love coming to our blog and hearing all about wonderful me turning 30, I guess it's time to move on. Though really, 30's not so bad. I thought I'd NEVER get to my "special" bday, you know 30 on the 30th, but lo and behold, it happened! ALSO, on my birthday, I started to feel less pukey! Awesome! But now, a week later, I haven't continued to improve as much as I expected, but still, slightly better. Anyway...

Here we have our little princesses...aren't they pretty? Poor boy, of course it looks like fun to dress up in swirly, colorful dresses and spin around. Nuala was kind to share. This time.

Helping him with his dress (haha! that just sounds so funny!).

Twirling!

Ring-around-the-rosie... don't worry, he still asks "where my knight clothes, Mama?!" He hasn't wanted to dress up as a princess again. Got it out of his system, I guess. But it was pretty cute.

The little swing we found in the the basement. They love to "bing."

And they love to hide in the big basket we found on our porch. Bran loves to pick up the big table umbrella and whack Nuala with it when she gets in the basket. Good times, good times.

Here is my awesome 30th bday cake. It was very, very yummy. Poor Zac, couldn't "find" candles, and then the very next day we went to the grocery store and the first thing we see? A whole aisle full of candles and party stuff. Yeah. I think it was an excuse, he was worried about setting off the fire alarm... ;) Nuala still tells me, outta the blue, "happy birday, Mama!" and gives me a little kiss. Sweetie pie.

And just for fun, my birthday song...

This is Mom ...
Hi everyone :) The pictures are GREAT !!! Of course it's fun to dress up in colourful stuff and play !!! We got a very good chuckle out of all those pictures ... won't they be fun to show his friends later, or blow up and put on their bulletin board when they turn 16 :) The singing is wonderful too ... I especially liked how successful you all were in blowing out the candles!!! I like the swing ... they are big enough to sit in it and not wiggle out the big front opening ... now, for baby Rollins, you can just put a piece of rope from the top rung to the bottom ... problem solved. Thanks for being back on the blog again ... love you all, Mom (Dad too) xox

I'm glad the snow white dress is getting used....even if it's by Bran :)
Brody has always dressed up with Addie. They have a blast pretending to be different characters. I have some great blackmail pictures as well. ;)

sweet blackmail photos! I do wonder why they don't have cooler dress ups for boys. Like a black sequined tux with tales- you know, some good flashy boy clothes that would go with all the sisters dress ups. An untapped market, I say! and happy birthday! Welcome to a new decade!
